Nelson Colab

In the heart of the city, Mahitahi Colab Nelson is a vibrant shared workspace designed for flexibility, connection and growth.

Home to co-working spaces, fully serviced offices, meeting rooms and an event space, it also sits alongside the NRDA, Nelson Tasman Chamber of Commerce, Nelson AI Institute and NMIT — creating a dynamic environment where ideas, conversations and opportunities naturally overlap.

With kitchen facilities, informal seating, breakout areas and meeting pods, the space is designed for both focused work and spontaneous connection, from quick chats over coffee to wider networking and collaboration.

Māpua Colab

Opened in February 2026, Mahitahi Colab Māpua is a modern, purpose-built workspace offering co-working, meeting rooms and event spaces in a contemporary setting. Designed for flexible working closer to home, it provides a professional environment where flexibility and focus sit alongside community and connection.

With fully-serviced facilities, relaxed break out spaces, beautiful views and the Māpau wharf just down the road, it’s a flexible workspace with a distinctly local Tasman feel.

“Working remotely also means being intentional about connection.

That's why I joined Mahitahi Colab, to meet other entrepreneurs and professionals, share ideas and build a local network.

It's a place where I can step out of the home office, stay inspired and connect with people who value collaboration and growth.”
