Cameron comes from a Business & Marketing background with over 10 years of experience working with some of the largest brands in the world including Google, Facebook, TikTok, Nestle, and many more. He currently works as the Chief of Staff at Shuttlerock which is a world-leading Creative-as-a-Service company with 13 offices globally serving thousands of customers to scale digital video creative.
What does Shuttlerock do?Shuttlerock is a global digital content production company helping the world’s leading brands scale creative across channels, markets and platforms. We combine technology, AI-enabled workflows/automation and production expertise to deliver high-volume, performance-driven content efficiently and at global scale.
As Chief Commercial Officer, I lead Shuttlerock’s global commercial strategy driving growth across key markets, building strategic partnerships, and shaping how we deliver value to enterprise brands. My focus is on leadership, sustainable revenue growth, and evolving our commercial model to meet the changing needs of modern marketing organisations.
With a background spanning marketing, partnerships, operations and executive leadership and prior experience as Branded Content Director at MediaWorks NZ. I bring a mix of entrepreneurial thinking and commercial discipline to scaling businesses internationally.

A few months on a casual basis.
What do you enjoy most about working in the shared office?The energy of the community and being surrounded by people building interesting things across different industries.
How do you like to spend your time outside of work?
Outside of leading commercial growth at Shuttlerock, I’m a part-time DJ with The Doosies a creative outlet that keeps things balanced and fun + a big sports lover coaching kids football and playing for the Mapua team.
