Helping you Grow

Co.Starters

What is Co.Starters?

Co.Starters is a nine week programme developed in the USA using the Lean Startup method.  The programme helps prospective and established entrepreneurs examine all aspects of their idea or existing business in a systematic, practical and critical way to set them up for success.

Co.Starters is NOT a course with lectures, course notes and a certificate of completion. It is 'hands-on' – you will work on your idea with the help of a facilitator coaching you along the way.  You’ll receive access to world class tools and methodologies you can revisit and reuse.

Each Co.Starters 'cohort' will be open to 10 - 15 businesses looking to start or grow.  The cohort is where the true power lies:  you will share ideas, insights and networks to help each other succeed, both during and after the programme has ended.

You don't know what you don't know.  This programme will give you insights and tools to help you start your business and accelerate your business knowledge.  One of the most powerful things you can do for yourself and your business is learn fast about your idea to give it the best chance of being successful.  Too many new businesses fail and many from a lack of knowledge about their market or their business understanding.

Your Facilitators:

Every week your facilitators will guide you through a specific topic.  Co.Starters facilitators are experienced business owners from the community who guide participants through the program by asking the right questions, drawing on the knowledge in the room, and using available resources and connections in the community to point participants in the right direction.
